Approach

Technology should enhance the space—not define it.

Our process mirrors the architectural process: concept, development, coordination, documentation, and administration. Involving technology early is what allows systems to disappear into the architecture later.

Principles

We treat technology as part of the architectural and interior design process rather than a layer applied at the end. Early involvement lets systems be planned alongside ceilings, millwork, glazing, and finishes, so performance and appearance are resolved together.

The result is quieter architecture: fewer devices in view, cleaner details, and systems that behave predictably for the people who live and work with them.

Good technology design begins with restraint. We start by understanding how a space is meant to feel and function, then determine what the systems must do—and, just as importantly, what they should not do.

From there the work becomes technical: load schedules, dimming behaviour, network topology, acoustic considerations, rack thermals, pathway and back-box requirements. These decisions are documented precisely so that the intent survives bidding, value engineering, and the realities of construction.

We remain available through installation and commissioning, reviewing submittals and site conditions so that what was designed is what gets built.

Design Process

Five stages, clearly defined.

01

Discover

Understand the project, architecture, lifestyle, goals, and technical requirements.

02

Design

Develop system architecture, equipment strategies, lighting and control concepts, and infrastructure.

03

Coordinate

Work with architects, designers, builders, electricians, and integrators to coordinate the design.

04

Document

Create detailed drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation documentation.

05

Support

Provide technical consultation throughout construction and implementation.

Who We Work With

Collaboration is the deliverable.

Architects

Technology design that respects architectural intent.

Interior Designers

Systems coordinated around aesthetics, finishes, furniture, and the client experience.

Builders & Contractors

Clear documentation and technical direction that reduces ambiguity during construction.

Technology Integrators

Independent engineering and design support for complex projects.

Homeowners & Developers

Expert guidance from concept through implementation.

We design the technology behind exceptional spaces.
